Acknowledgment C7 form and related questions - served as respondent

Returning Form C7 (acknowledgment form) and related questions.

Served by my ex-spouse a week ago with financial order and child specific issues order. The below questions are around the immediate actions for child related notice. First hearing is in a weeks' time.

1. Should I return a completed copy of C7 to the court and the applicant (ex-spouse has no legal representative but a legal advisor) by any type of method (hand, email or post)?
2. Position statement - should I please post/hand/email this to all parties as well within 48hours of the first hearing?
3. I ticked Yes to question "do you intend to apply to court for an order?" I would like to make order in the existing application made by the applicant in C100. Does it mean I need to send the completed form C2 to all parties or just court 48hours before the first hearing?
4. There is non-molestation order I am completing to protect myself from the applicant, but I assume this will be filed separately from this court proceeding?
5. I assume I will not be cross examined in the first hearing so EX740 form can be filed after the first hearing? How do I make request to have a separate waiting room and distant seating in the court for the first hearing?
6. Do I also need to provide Statement of Means (C10A) before this hearing for child specific issue order if I have received form A as part of the financial order notice?

Your comment is much appreciated!

Many thanks
Sunshine

I am not going to answer these questions. If you seek advice upon which you intend to rely you should seek the advice of a solicitor in the usual way. I do not think it is reasonable to expect me to answer questions like these. If I did I would be doing nothing but helping litigants in person which my insurer would not thank me for.

Thank you. I was not sure if it would be addressed but thought I would give it a try after breaking my bank account paying a solicitor for 8 months. And now it is back to square one! This forum is pretty fantastic, I am sure I could use it for other questions I may have in the future. Thanks for taking your time to respond!
