Payment for Asset Valuation

Hi everyone, quick question.

The court ordered a couple of assets (studio apartments) in my name be valued because my ex-wife refused to accept my stated value. She needs to produce three potential surveyors of whom I pick one to do the valuation.

My question is: Which of us pays for the valuation?

The court didn't specify and I would think that, since she is the one disputing the value, she should pay for the valuation.

Any thoughts?

Such valuations are almost always paid for jointly. If a court has ordered a valuation it would be very odd for it to omit who pays. I suspect that the answer is in the words of the direction.
