Just being one step ahead. And asking for advice on what could happen and your experience of this situation. My sons mum have just informed me she's put a offer on for house in the next village down. It's about 10 minute drive from our sons school, it's a Catholic school and I'm pretty certain the catchment area would cover where she's moving too. 1st April our consent order was finally approved by the courts. It states i will give my ex a lump sum payment once my ex transfers the title deeds over to me. This should all be completed within 56 days. Which would be 27th May. I have a mortgage offer which is due to expire just 10 days later on the 6th June(this has already been extended twice, and no way will nationwide allow this to be furthby Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum
Its exactly that im required to pay to my ex 16k. But the courts are asking how much equity is in the home currently and what that equates too, 31.78%. This was agreed at mediation last may so wondered if that 31.78% figure would alter with current values.by Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum
My divorce is still on going but. Waiting for the consent order to be sealed, I'll have to remortgage the house i already have a offer but this is likely to expire before the order is sealed. But what happens if house prices crash after the consent order and my home enters negitive equity and i am unable to obtain the funds required?by Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum

What the figure we agreed at mediation relates too and how our child is being supported. My ex despby Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum
Thanks, for your response, I would of thought it would be needed as a supporting document as thats what we based our mediated settlement on. I understand you won't know my case but what happens if they don't agree with our agreement? And now they would have received this trust via email how long would you expect it to be until inhear back from the courtsby Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum
Last year in may, we agreed in mediation how we'd separate our(mine) finances. But now the judge is asking for the copy of the declaration of trust. Should my solicitor had sent this with the consent order? I feel this solicitor i hired has done everything possible to drag this process out to gain maximum profit for her companyby Slowdivorce - UK Divorce Forum
I'm wondering if anyone can help. My financial consent order was sent to bury st edmunds family court in early October. As of yet i haven't heard back.
