Financial split

Hi guys,

My situation:
Married 10 years, have two kids, age 8/10. I work FT, wife works part time term time.
She wants a divorce.
We have a house worth 475k with 175k mortgage left (300k equity)
My pension is valued at £195k (which she has stated she does not want at all)
I hVe always paid for everything, and my parents gave us 110k to buy this house. Gifted deposit so I’m aware it becomes part of the marital cash.

I’m looking to buy her out to enable us me to keep the family home for the kids sake and mine.

I’m thinking that offering her 200k in the buy out, 66% of equity if fair, given my pension value and the fact she needs to provide a house for the kids...

Am I right with this figure? She seems happy with it but I wanted some other opinions
