I have a divorce case with Bury St Edmunds court and it was a paper based application as opposed to online application with HMCTS.
I now intend to send an application for Consent Order. I have been advised that the court at Bury is taking 6 months to process, but the CTSC (HMCTS) are taking approx 2 months.
I called up CTSC enquiry line and after waiting on call for over an hour they advised to send the application directly to local court by post. A solicitor advised me that they have various clients where they did send many applications to CTSC even though they had a paper based divorce at a local court and it was processed within a month.
Does anyone know if I can send my application to CTSC even though it is not an online case?
Has anyone been in this situation and were you successfully been able to send Consent Order application to CTSC for a paper based divorce?
