Child maintenance but no longer children

Hi David,
A short question.
The court order regarding Child maintenance says payments will stop when each child attaining the age of 18 years or ceasing their full time secondary education which ever shall be the later OR a further order.

Can a further Court order be implemented after maintenance as stopped even though you have complied with the above. And if so is there a time limit as they are no longer children.

Many thanks

'or further order' covers situations such as a child being disabled or continuing into further education. It cannot be invoked without good reason.
