Financial settlement and not disclosing finances - 2 years ago
Good Afternoon, my partner is trying to sort out financial settlement with his ex - wife but 1) she has not disclosed her financial situation yet (it has been going on for months) - what might be the reason? 2) they are communicating through his solicitor (she does not have any) and questions every detail about his finances that puts extra pressure on my partner as his solicitors are interrogatinby delamera - UK Divorce Forum
