I can apply for conditional order on 20th September. I understand I need to wait for the certificate before I can submit the financial consent order but I want to have everything ready in place so there is no hold up. financial consent order rejection? - 10 months ago
I will soon be getting the financial Consent Order completed by s solicitor and just wanted to know if there is any chance of judge rejecting. We have 1 child and custody will be 50/50. The only asset is FH which I will be staying in and giving ex lump sum payment of approx 40% of equity in house.
