How long should my closing summary be? How many minutes for example?
Is it basically a review of the evidence and result of cross examination?
Do I reference pages in the bundle during my closing summary?
Do I point out where the applicant (in my case), contradicted herself in her evidence and statements?
Do I basically end, with the order I am asking for?
I know I can't enter new evidence, but what if my wife denied something in her cross examination that I have proof to be false. ie. She stated that she did not refuse to let me accept an offer and sell our family home 2 weeks ago. I have an email from hwe solicitor saying that she refuses the offer, and the house will be dealt with in court. How do I enter that? Or can I not?
