My partner has taken my daughter for a 2 week holiday and is wrongfully retaining her in India. She has got some properties and income there in India and she is adamantly saying that she will stay in India along with my daughter. She is heavily manipulating and not allowing my daughter to talk to myself or to my son. I have got the Wardship and Return order from Royal Courts of Justice, England and this has been sent to her as well. In spite of that, she still doesnt want to honour the court orders and she is not obeying the court orders here. Is there any thing that we can do from here using the judicial and police system here to enforce her to follow the court order. Please help me to unite with my daughter. Appreciate your help.
