Hi, I have been informed I might be able to not include my non marital years of my pension fund. I have a 32 year pension which I moved from a final salary to a private fund, 2years ago . My financial advisor asked my current fund team if they could give me an estimate of how much it was worth from 0-18 years , as I’ve been married for 14 years . They couldn’t give me an estimate as it would be legal in court and would be a guess . I then went to my old fund team and asked them as they should have history on it , but again they couldn’t give me a value . Is there any advise how I can come up with a credible value to go to mediation and court ?
