Is there anyway my ex can stop paying the mortgage and it not affect our credit rating?
He’s only not paid one month so far but I very much doubt he would do anything to affect his credit rating. He’s already taken out a 6 month mortgage holiday over covid and still works full time also has his current gf is living at the property so that’s 2 wages coming in. I have spoken to the mortgage company but even though I’m on the mortgage they can’t tell me anything about what he has said regarding his reasonings/ plans, I am unable to pay towards the mortgage, it is currently going through solicitors.
