Fastest no contest divorce options - uncontested divorce

Wondering if any one can advise on anything so no comjcatiibs .

Been married since 2015
Met in 2014 and married 1 yr to the day later.
I was originally in the North of England and moved to the south .
Alot of controling from wifes side but we got through it .

Long story short caught her 3 timed online dating ( usa men ) calling and chatting and once again caught out after coming home from work early .

I moved out 2 week ago and both agree we need a divorce asap .
plus she wants to remarry someone she been talking too
.

She says she will do a uncontested divorce but does online dating and chatting to other men on the phone come as a guaranteed divorce ?
she said she would admit to sleeping with another man and committed adultery ? If it made things simpler

We just want the quickest way possible now and looking at doing things online


We dont have any assets
The home is housing assosiation
We have no kids together
We have no financial ties

She told her kids aged 16 / 25 / 28 the oldest she is a carer for . That i cheated and thats why im not there now .
They subsequently trashed alot of stuff i had left there .

There is no going back and we just want this over asap now


What is the time scale roughly if we can have a uncontested divorce online. No assets to share etc and go our separate ways ?

See a solicitor and get them to draw up a petition based on Unreasonable Behaviour, that doesn’t require her consent or rely on her admitting something that she might decide not to, to be awkward.

Ok a solicitor will charge you for it. but it will be money well spent as they will be able to word the petition correctly to ensure that it goes through.

I did it myself online, costs £550.

Application was made on 6th July, Nisi will be 26th August and can apply for Absoute on 8th October.

Could be worth having a consultation with a solicitor though to talk through your unreasonable behaviour examples, or adultery if you go that route - the court can throw it out and thats £550 lost.

Problems i have is since having covid last march im still on sick so £ is a bit tighter then i would of liked
I know ill have to sort some thing but this is more to see if any one had any thing similar

It makes no difference. Provided there are no errors in the divorce petition there is no difference in timescale or other effect between the two.

As many as there are stars in the sky. It just needs an error and possible errors are infinite.
