Hi all, I'm new to the forum and have some questions relating to the D81 Form. There's a part in it that asks for state benefits. My wife has set up DLA payments and Child Benefit for my step son ages back to go into my account for some reason. All of this goes straight from my account to hers, other than when I manage to retain a little to spend on step sons activities. To the court it would therefore just seem that these payments are coming to me and there seems to be no room to explain it goes straight from my account to hers. My question is, is there any way I can make it clear that this money goes straight to my wife, can I add an explanatory note? Thanks. I have other questions about this form as well I'll ask later if anybody can help please.
