Good morning Finally we have come to an agreement in the divorce, and we need to do a consent form within 28 days, am I correct in thinking only one party needs to complete this with the other over seeing it and costs to be split? My ex then has 3 months from the date of court to issue the funds in order for this to finally be complete.
