        <description> Good morning

My ex has sent me the es2 form requested by court, he has filled it out for me to the amend. The problem is I just can’t get my head around it ive googled it but still can’t understand it, I would appreciate any help regarding this.

            <description><![CDATA[ You have the input into the ES1 form as your husband does. The purpose of the form is to set out the basic facts of the case, what the issues are, the costs that have been incurred, offers made etc.<br />

If, say, your husband says his income is £X but you say, &#039;No, it isn&#039;t. It is £Y&#039; that obviously requires input from both of your otherwise this issue might not be apparent. The same applies to much of the rest of the form. It is basically your opportunity to summarise to the court what you say the issues are.]]></description>

Regarding the es1 form there are a few yes or no questions which although having googled them I’m just not sure what they actually mean I think I’m so worried about doing it wrong I’m probably making it more complex than it needs to be can you or anyone explain these in very simple terms please Thankyou]]></description>
