What is a Form H? My wife is publicly funded as she alleged domestic violence prior to filing for divorce. I have just received a copy of the form which is a statement of costs. I appreciate this answers my own question, however why are they sending it to me? Should I file a similar form? My costs are £4,000 before I could no longer afford representation. Hers are currently £23,000. There has been no suggestion (that I have noticed) of. them applying for a costs order against me.
